Sensory Meditation
Sensory Meditation combines mindfulness practices with calming sensory experiences to promote relaxation, focus, and emotional balance. This guided approach helps individuals reduce stress, improve self-awareness, and create a greater sense of calm and connection in everyday life.
Together, we’ll move through grounding techniques, breath awareness, quiet moments of stillness, and a guided exploration of sensory experiences—including visual, auditory, olfactory, gustatory, proprioceptive, and vestibular input. It is a curious journey through all eight senses, helping you feel more present in your body, mind, and immediate surroundings. No experience is needed—just curiosity and a willingness to explore.
This 60-minute guided sensory meditation workshop invites you to slow down, settle in, and gently explore your senses. Whether you’re completely new to meditation or looking to deepen your practice, this class offers a calm and supportive space to turn inward while expanding your awareness of both self and environment.
Come as you are. All bodies, backgrounds, and experience levels are welcome. Please dress comfortably. This is a mostly seated experience, with only gentle stretches offered. You’ll remain in one spot throughout the session.
All materials for the sensory exploration will be provided, and you’ll be guided through each experience step by step.
